The ikan Professional 12″ Portable Teleprompter with 12″ Reversing Monitor is a small, portable, rod-mounted teleprompter system suitable for interior and exterior work. The 70/30 beamsplitter glass provides a clear image with easily readable text overlay that won’t show up on the camera image. The prompter features a 13′ reading range, and the 12″ LCD monitor features 1024 x 768 resolution, with 350 cd/m² brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio.
The self-reversing monitor allows you to flip the image in hardware, which is useful when using a prompter software that doesn’t support image flip. The 12″ monitor has HDMI, VGA, and composite video inputs and supports video resolutions from 720 x 480i up to 1920 x 1080p. The magnetic fabric hood easily attaches to the steel and aluminum prompter frame and the prompter comes with a PrompterPro software for Mac or Windows.
